HITS | GRANDDADY PURPLE | INDICA 31.77% | Exclusive TOP-SHELF | EXOTICS

What it is

Granddaddy Purple from HITS, packaged as top shelf indica flower. The label lists 31.77 percent THC and 0.29 percent CBD, numbers measured on a tested sample, so the jar in your hand can read a little differently from batch to batch.

GDP is a long standing indica known for deep purple coloring in the buds, dense structure and a heavy coat of trichomes. HITS positions this one in their exotics range, selected for bag appeal as much as flavor.

Taste and how people describe it

The aroma leans berry forward, with sweet grape on top and an earthy, faintly spicy base underneath. The smoke is usually described as smooth and full flavored.

People commonly report effects like:

• Body heavy and settled rather than busy
• Calm, mellow headspace
• A slower pace that suits an evening at home

Effects vary by person, by tolerance and by batch.

Good to know

High THC flower can come on stronger than expected, so start with a small amount and give it time before going further. Store it in a sealed container away from light and heat to hold the terpenes and keep the buds from drying out. Around Los Angeles, most people reach for this later in the day.
